What is the 3-Step Program?

Our 3-Step Outdoor Disconnect & Reconnect Program offers a unique opportunity to unplug from technology, reconnect with nature, and rediscover your personal and spiritual center. Over the course of three transformative steps, you’ll engage in mindful outdoor experiences designed to help you release distractions and deepen your sense of presence. Program Steps

• In Step 1, you'll begin by disconnecting and gaining awareness of how technology impacts your life. Through reflective practices and guided activities, you'll lay the foundation for personal growth.
• In Step 2 you'll deepen the practice by focusing on being in the moment and reconnecting with your body and mind. You’ll learn techniques to regain control over your attention and make conscious choices for a more intentional life.
• In Step 3, you’ll integrate everything you’ve learned through an immersive 3 day (2 night) outdoor adventure. This phase is all about reconnecting with nature and fostering meaningful connections, both with yourself and others.
• This program is designed to help you find clarity, mindfulness, and a sense of balance that will stay with you long after the experience ends.

Program Cost

$1000 per person (ages 16+) minimum group size is 2.

Discounts available for groups:

– 2 people: $1000 each

– 3 people: $950 each

– 4 people: $850 each

– 5 or more people: $800 each. Max group size of 8.

Final cost may vary slightly depending on location, logistics, or any optional add-ons like meals and gear rental.
